AttendEase GPS Privacy Policy

AttendEase GPS is a GPS attendance management app for owners, managers, and staff.

Data We Collect

We collect account details such as name, email, role, branch, phone number, attendance records, check-in/check-out time, GPS coordinates, GPS accuracy, outside-office reports, branch details, and app notifications.

Why We Collect Data

We use this data to verify attendance, confirm work location, manage branches and staff, generate reports, and keep attendance records secure.

Location Data

Location is used only when a user verifies location, checks in, checks out, reports outside office work, or returns to office. Location is required for attendance verification and fraud prevention.

Data Sharing

We do not sell user data. Data is stored in Firebase services used by the app. Organization owners and authorized managers may view attendance information according to their role.

Data Security

Data is protected using Firebase Authentication and Firestore security rules. Users should keep their login credentials private.

Data Deletion

Users can request deletion of their account and data at Delete Account / Data Request.
